This is no longer true, due to the boom of social media marketing. Now realtors from all over the world are able to get their name out there, develop long term relationships, and at a fraction of the cost that they used to spend.

A realtors reputation is one of their biggest weapons, so monitoring that reputation on a daily basis is become essential in the digital age.

No matter if you outsource your social media campaign, hire someone internally or you do everything yourself, the fact of the matter is that now is the time to get going on your social media campaignbecause you know that your competition already has.
