1. The inspection before starting the equipment
1) Check the motor.
2) Check whether the equipment is stable in feet and fasten the anchor bolts.
3) Check the elastic state of the triangle belt and adjust it appropriately.
4) Check whether the concentrate discharge mouth is close.
2. The starting of the equipment
After finishing the inspection work, connected to the mains, check the motor and check whether the rotation direction of the equipment is same with the label. Until everything is normal, we can prior to turning on the power to start the motor, so that the equipment can be put into normal operation.
3. The water and mine supply to the equipment
After the equipment running normally, open the recoil valve and put the good pulp with rata allocation into the equipment.
4. Matters needing attention in the running of the equipment
1) Check the temperature and the current situation of the motor aperiodically.
2) Pay attention to the running state of every parts of the equipment and ensure there is no abnormal situation on it.
3) Pay attention to the liquid-solid ratio of the ore pulp at any time and adjust it in time.
4) After a certain time, open the inspection cover of the loam cake, and check whether the deposition situation of the heavy sand in the slot is normal.
5. The downtime of the equipment
Under the normal operation, the concentrate should be cleaned up in each class. Before stopping the equipment, the filling of the ore pulp should be stopped at first, and then stop the equipment. After the equipment completely stopped, unscrew the concentrate discharge mouth of the drain plug, and then the concentrate will go out of the can. The time of cleaning the concentrator is 15 to 20 minutes. At last, close the concentrate discharging mouth and continue the next operating cycle.
6. The non-normal shutdown of the equipment
If the special circumstances happen, the temporarily stop is needed. We must stop the mine filling at first and then stop water supply, at last stop the equipment. If the time of temporarily stop is long, it is necessary to clean up the concentrate before stop the
magnetic separator. Note: When the equipment starts after the temporarily stop, we must filling the ore pulp first and then supply the water, which can avoid the wastage of the gold grains.
