The process by which a decision is implemented is called governance or the process

of putting a decision into action is called governance; and putting decisions into actions in a better way is called good governance. Good governance is governance in which the outcome is exactly what is predicted or expected with minimum available resources.

With the increase in population of the world, there is an increased demand of public services. Roads, bridges and hospitals are needed to be built. One way of dealing with this increased demand is privatization and the second way is public private partnerships. It is not a magic tool but it can lead to success if it is used properly, if it is abused or not used properly it can lead to failure.

A manager with the good governance skills and with executive education exposure can take good decisions to ensure satisfactory results. In the current time, the need of executive education is even more important because of recessions which occur time to time. Managers are needed to make strategies to reduce the effect of the recessions in a way that it may not cost much to the company. On the other hand these managers also have to take measures in order to save the local market from the negative effects of globalization and they also have to take advantage of the opportunities provided by globalization. This is why the need of good governance and executive education becomes more important, because here a single decision of a small manager can affect the lives of thousands of people.

Executive education and good governance are important to achieve the targeted objectives at faster pace and with fewer resources. These are the two factors which ensure good results. When any change is required to be brought to the organizational system, managers who have some executive education know how can effectively develop action plan to bring the required change to the system without affecting the performance of the company. They are the people who not only know the art of change management but they also know how to bring this change management in a way that this process of change management doesn't affect the strategic goal achievement process of the company.

Skills are also needed to develop diagnosis for a business problem. Managers who have exposure to executive education have the better ability to implement any planned process. They are the people who think about long term growth and a growth with sustainability. The two factors of good governance and executive education enable the managers to take improved managerial decisions, which are biased on the research. It is easy to conduct a research but it is difficult to implement the finding of the research. These two factors help the managers not only to implement these finding but also with the help of them, they can predict and confirm the outcome of the implementation in a better way. That is why many managers who are involved in developmental projects are encouraged to enroll themselves in executive educational courses. These courses help the managers to take better decisions that whom they should partner and whom they should not. It is the need of time that every manager of the firm should have the ability to make good strategies and skills to implement these strategies. That is why managers of today are required to have exposure to executive education because the nightmare of recession is already here and in order to save ourselves every manager should be well equipped with all the managerial weapons of time.
