The Rewards Of Being A Medical Transcriptionist

Recently, my life has changed dramatically both in a good way and unfortunately in a rather not so good way

. In the not so good way, suddenly and very sadly, I now have become the sole financial support of my family. In the good way, I recently obtained new employment. My new employment is connected to the medical field which, to my surprise, I find very fascinating. I have previously worked in the legal field, and did a great deal of legal transcription. In my new employment position, I am required to be backup to the medical transcriptionists and I am amazed at how much I enjoy doing medical transcription even if, at this point, it is on a limited basis.

Because I am now the sole financial support for my family, I have been forced to look for another means of income in addition to the employment position I already have and do not want to give up. Unfortunately, additional employment also means additional time away from my family. Unless, I can find work from home jobs. Work from home positions are rare and in some ways a very scary prospect. There are so many ads. There are so many unreputable ads. Many promise large incomes which seem unrealistic and carry a large price tag. Real and honest work at home employment opportunities are extremely hard to come by. The one exception to that seems to be the field of medical transcription. So, I thought to myself, why not try to become a real medical transcriptionist. I enjoy it immensely when I have the opportunity to do it. I could become a true medical transcriptionist and be able to do the medical transcriptionist work at home without having to leave my family. What a great opportunity it would be. SN:0TG9Y2ESY

Not only would I be doing rewarding work, but I would be able to do it and still be at home with my family. I have often thought of going back to school. I would love to do it, but the expense and the time away from my family have always held me back. Another reason for not committing to returning to school is that, until now, I truly was not sure what I really wanted to do. Suddenly I have found something that would be a great learning opportunity. In addition to being a great learning opportunity, it would provide me with a great employment opportunity. In addition to a great learning opportunity and a great employment opportunity, it also could be a greatly needed financial opportunity for me. It would increase my knowledge and increase my financial earning capacity. The possibilities are endless and so exciting. I could find an employment position that offers me flexibility as well as being financially rewarding. I could, at some point, start my own transcription business. I could become my own boss. My family will not have to see me constantly flying out the door and that will benefit them greatly. This is the opportunity I have been searching for and could never find. This is something I truly want to do for myself and my family. Finally, some of my dreams can come to fruition.
