Those free hosting sites which providing free hosting normally has marketing banners on top of your home page. You need to bear with it for a while till you earned some good money and invested in your own domain and website.

Next, you have to setup a PayPal account for your business transaction. Again, the good news is, it is FREE and you can go to PayPal and sign up for your free account.
