This river got name because it carries with it the fragrance from the various shrubs and plants which grow at its banks. It takes approximately 2 hours to explore this river with the most attractive landscape. Kayaking up the Huong River will lead you to some spectacular sights. You will come across the scenic Da Vien Island, Truong Tien Bridge and the Phu Xuan Bridge. The Royal Palace and Pavilion of Edicts are some buildings you can see while kayaking the River Huong.
