The average man thinks that Network Marketing is all about finding people and recruiting them in your business and then you will earn even online. In most cases, yes, but in a deeper sense of meaning, Network Marketing is different. Many network marketers failed to realize the most important thing in the business industry: magnetism.
Basically, what is magnetism? Is Network Marketing related to a branch of confusing physics? Or perhaps it is a cultural activity shared by different people all over the world? The answer is a straight NO. Magnetism in Network Marketing is based on the Law of Attraction and this fact is understated by 95% of Network Marketers globally. Magnetism is all about the network marketer; it is all about you and your ability to attract people in your organization. Well, that is easier said than done.
The first point of magnetism is the personality development of the network marketer. Most people delve into Network Marketing without having a clear "game plan" and setting of goals. They treat the business emotionally, so they are usually in high spirits when a prospect joins their organization. When the prospect leaves, the network marketer plummets into dejection, affecting the progress of his business. To gain a clearer knowledge of the business, you must not associate emotions with your business. True, it's nice to be happy, but always keep it at check. Prospects come and go; this is the industry's bare truth. So, it is a great leap of progress when a network marketer learns how to balance his or her emotions.
The second important point of magnetism is attraction. How do you appear before a prospect? Are you a sitting duck or a tiger ready to take the challenges of life? Either way, you can determine how attractive you are in the business. In order to become attractive, you must get out of the 'employee' perspective and become your own BOSS. Leadership practice is the key to become successful. With mastered emotions, you can now move on and start practicing your influence. Talk to people often and understand their problems. Making personal connections is crucial in your business endeavour.
The third point is understanding pain and pleasure. People tend to find ways to avoid pain, instead of seeking pleasure. Pleasure will eventually come and it cannot be avoided. As a network marketer, you must see this opportunity. Understand the prospect's problem. If you know that the prospect's problem is all about finding the right way to gain extra income, do not jump in and introduce the crazy marketing plan of your company! Prospects don't care about your business! Instead, give them a solution that can solve their problems. Upon doing this, your prospects will follow you because they know that you have a power to get rid of their problems.
The last point is very, very important: leverage. You must know how to replicate yourself through other people. If you have down lines (people under you), teach them the strategy you used to become successful. Once your down lines started earning, you can start gaining profits while doing something productive. To do this, your business must become flexible. Your down lines, upon understanding it, must be able to duplicate the system. Engage in Internet Marketing and use Domains to your own advantage. In this way, you are WORKING SMART and saving time.
As I observed, those are the key points of Magnetism and Attraction. Practice those techniques well and your business will flourish. Of course, you can join the rest of the 95% Network Marketers aiming blindly in the market. The choice is up to you.
