"Where do you see yourself in five or 10 years?"

Does that question fill you with dread?

What do you say? A better job, more money a bigger house, or, do you freeze up not knowing what you're going to be doing next month?

It's a daunting question to answer for a lot of people, from it being asked at a job interview or even on a personal level.

This is where a life coach can help you.

A life coach acts as a mirror for each individual, a person who will reflect back your thought process and desires and help you find the tools to achieve what you want from life and the path to follow. It aids each individual to see the big picture and not feel overwhelmed.

The population in the world is always comparing, comparing who's got a better house, a better job or better relationship. But often nobody stops to thing is this what you want or what someone else wants? Are you following your own path, or someone elses?

As a life coach I specialise in areas such as relationships, personal growth and careers. The world we live in today is full of choices, and everyone can feel daunted to what choice is the right one to choose. I see clients on a daily basis that discover their balance and find their voice in the world. They come in uncertain and leave with their confidence built up knowing that the choices they have made are theirs.

Life coaching does not mean that you will be lying down on a leather coach talking to the ceiling. A life coach session can take place in a coffee shop, a walk in the park or a trip around an art gallery. It's all about where the client will feel comfortable.

By seeing a Life Coach does not mean you are showing weakness, far from it, you are making a decision to improve your life. Many of the captains of industry see a life coach and many high power executives have them so they can gain greater clarity.
