This is my 1000 Calorie Challenge review. The reason I am writing a review about the 1000 Calorie Challenge is because I have been getting a ton of emails about this program from all the big time, online, fitness and fat loss gurus. So of course out of curiosity I had to check the program out to see if it could live up to the hype or not. And this is what I've found.
Overall, it is a good weight loss program. The entire course focuses on many variables that allow you to drop body fat as fast as possible. But, I think this might be one of it's main drawbacks. The reason being because they use different principles for each workout so it might get confusing for the average person and this could potentially put them off to going through with the whole program. You might have to read it a couple of times.
One thing I really liked about the 1000 Calorie Challenge was you can do a lot of the workouts in the comfort of your own home if you have the necessary equipment. This might be pleasing to some people since many do not like going to those big, corporate, over crowded gyms where they feel everyone is staring at them. The only equipment you will only need are dumbbells and maybe a barbell with free weights. That's it.
And the last point I want to make is that you will not be able to burn a 1000 calories in one workout right away. This is going to take some time to get you up to speed. If you decide to jump the gun because you think you are super human, then you might end up hurting yourself or passing out on your gym floor from exhaustion. Take it easy and just follow the program.
All in all, I feel it is a solid program that covers most of your training and nutritional bases. However, there is one area that I feel lacked and that is motivational and mindset tips to ensure you follow the program all the way through and get the results you want.
So what I wanted to do was give you my Mindset Success Program absolutely free if you buy the program. Just click the link below.
