You will appear to be a nutcase if you continue to do this. You may not think your ex knows, because you are innocently following them around on websites, or maybe even in real life, but trust me, YOUR EX KNOWS, and they find it creepy.
You should consider the fact that your ex just wants some space now, and they will never change their mind about anything if you are always on their back and bugging them constantly.
Instead of breathing down your ex's neck, and constantly watching what they do like a hawk, concentrate on yourself, and look at your own actions, so that you can change and be the kind of person your ex deserves.
