. The budding musical stars of West Fife are being given the chance of a lifetime to appear in a new production of the West End smash hit stage show none other than 'Billy Elliot'. The story of Billy Elliot is the encouraging story of one boy's dream to realize his ambitions against the odds. It has been announced by Denver Center Attraction that a high-spirited season of Broadway hits headed to Denver. The 2011 season, generously supported by United Airlines and Vectra Bank, features hits straight from Broadway-including the 2009 Best Musical Tony Award winner BILLY ELLIOT THE MUSICAL and the 2010 Pulitzer Prize winner NEXT TO NORMAL. Recently the first national tour of Billy Elliot the Musical, at Chicago's Ford Center/Oriental Theatre during January 15, has announced additional stops. It will play an extended engagement at Toronto's Canon Theatre starting January 28 followed by San Francisco's Orpheum Theatre beginning September 13.

The new star of Billy Elliot has revealed that he will give his first earnings packet from the musical to charity. Aaron Watson, 12, joined the cast of the hit West End show on June 10th 2010 after he was selected for the lead role in September 2009. He added that he is now thoroughly enjoying his role in Billy Elliot after initial nerves and hopes to continue in the musical for another 18 months. However, this will depend on how much he grows and whether his voice breaks in the meantime. The great news for the fans of Billy Elliot is recently booking until April 9th 2011 after first opening in the West End in April 2005. The Womens Board for The Chicago Lighthouse is presenting an outing to the smash hit, "Billy Elliot the Musical," followed by a sumptuous dinner at the acclaimed Hotel Allegro on Sunday, July 11.The fun will begin at 2 p.m. with a viewing of the Tony Award winning production at the Ford Center for the Performing Arts, Oriental Theatre at 24 W. Randolph St.
