Three Workout Tips to Drop the Belly Fat

Working out for some can be a chore, while others enjoy the feeling of being in the gym and pushing themselves to the limit

. When I am in the gym I usually see two types of people, the ones who are there for health and the ones who are there for cosmetic reasons. What I have seen is the ones who are there for health purposes tend not to work out as hard as the ones who are there for vanity reasons. I feel this might be because they are just not that into the whole gym thing. This is fine; however they can get such better results if they just did some things differently. Here are three of my special tips.

Tip 1: Get a buddy. By having a buddy system when you go the gym can help you stay accountable to your goals whether that is for health reasons or for physical reasons to look good in the mirror. For example, if one day you don't feel like going to the gym, you will still most likely end up going because you didn't want to let your buddy down.

Tip 2: Start a competition amongst friends. With the advent of the Biggest Loser competition online, I have seen these types of things spring up all over the place. What these competitions do is push people passed their normal breaking points. They want to win at all costs; therefore they usually achieve their goals.

Tip 3: My last tip is visualization. Visualization is one of the most powerful forces of the human mind. I remember reading a study they did with Russian weightlifters who had taken a break from the sport. They went through various mind enhancing exercises with the primary one being visualization. They then had them lift an extremely heavy weight. Guess what happened? Each lifter completed the repetition. The scientists attributed this to visualization. Plain and simple.
