Runners and walkers enjoy the camaraderie and organization found in community running and walking races. Typically, races are open to runners and walkers age 8 and above and offer separate races for younger kids.
Wear Proper Running Attire
Are you a first time runner or walker? Then it is important to know that ones running shoes are one of the most important parts of your running attire and are suitable for fitness walking. There are a lot of runners who have the wrong size and type of shoes which hinders them from running their best. Before worrying about the rest of your attire, worry about your shoes first. Eating Before the Race

Drink Water
