You can only have that cards if you have a BPI savings account and you will apply for that cards. If you frequently transfer money to your relatives, BPI Express Money Order card is the best choice. You must apply a card for your relatives with their names placed on the card. This card is only for sending or transferring money from your savings account to the card. You cannot use it to purchase goods in the mall or department store.

BPI Express Cash card can be used to remit money and purchasing goods in the malls or department stores. It acts like a debit card.

BPI just cost P100 for the application fee of either of the two cards with expiration up to four years.

If you like to remit or send money for free to your family, you should consider having a BPI bank account and applying for Express Money Order or Express cash card. Just 10 cards will be allowable per each individual.
