Many people in our society are prone towards making resolutions during the beginning of a new year. Nevertheless, only a very minority of them in reality take initiative to make sure they eventuate. For many reasons, most people start losing the drive after few weeks.
Because of setbacks in life, some of us start giving up after few weeks in the new year. This is because even though it might have been one of their aspirations, but maybe deep down, they never really wanted it in the first place. You should be honest with yourself when setting the resolutions no matter how big or small they are.

If you're worried about what others may thing about your resolutions, you're wasting your time. If your resolutions are going to cherish the happiness of yours and everyone else around you, make a firm decision and go for it.

If you try to find a way to learn from all challenges you will become more happier through the journey. One should remember that no efforts go in vain; its either one has the luck of getting through easily, or has to learn it the hard way. Use the outcome and the learning experience to become stronger and bolder.
Successful resolutions is about goal setting and discipline to follow through. One should be driven to accomplish the goals by the end of the year that they had set on the first day of the year.
