Women feel tired because of many factors. These factors can be anything from psychological to physical. Below are some factors that affect tiredness in women.
Sleep Deprivation. Not getting enough quality sleep at night is one of the major habits that cause tiredness to people. This is especially true for mothers who have newborn babies and for those who need to wake up early to prepare breakfast for the whole family. Sleep deprived people are energy deprived people because their bodies cannot fully recover at night. Sleep should be about 6 to 8 hours per night. Too little sleep will not be enough to regain energy where as too much sleep can cause the body to feel more tired because the body's sleeping time system is confused. You should also remember that sleep should be sound and should not be disrupted. Always remember to have a quiet and comfortable place to sleep in.
Hormonal Imbalance. This is another major cause of tiredness in women. Women who are having their period and those who are in the stage of menopause all feel tired because the level of estrogen in the body changes. Estrogen is essential for different body processes and lack of it can mean lethargy. It is very important to consult with a doctor if you are extremely tired in order for your doctor to prescribe some supplements that can level the amount of hormones in the system.
House Chores. Housewives and even working women have to take care of the house. This is the stereotype that is still present until now. Women are known for their responsibilities to cook food for the family, to clean the house, to wash the laundry and to wash the dishes. Doing all these things and at the same time working in a company can tire anyone out. Women need to learn how to relax. Weekdays can be dedicated to office and house work while weekends can be used for relaxing and hanging out. Everything in life should be balanced.
Stress. Getting stressed is something that women hate to experience. This is because stress can affect many aspects of female lifestyle. For instance, stress makes people look tired and wasted. Simply speaking, stress makes women ugly and this fact can even put more anxiety in women. This can be caused by different things. One possible source is the professional career because whether we like it or not, we cannot deny that the most of the societies in the world still do not value women in companies as much as they value men. Another possible source is the family or the love issue. Women are emotional beings. No matter how they try to keep their emotions, they just cannot. A simple fight with the husband or boyfriend can put lots of worries in a woman's head. This causes mental fatigue and can make women unfocused and unproductive.
The key to fight tiredness and low energy women is to have a balanced lifestyle. Being able to balance love, family and career will lead to an energized life.
