There are millions of health and beauty products on the consumer market making promises to help you look younger or feel better. After many years testing out hundreds of them, I have come up with my own list of things that I would rather not live without. Every once in a while, I'll switch and try out something new, but these are the top ten that I always come back to. I hope you enjoy them too!If you've never tried Dr. Bronner's, you are in for a treat. The soap is a combination of organic extra virgin coconut, olive, jojoba and hemp oils, mixed together essential oils. It lathers, smells great and gets you clean! It is the most environmentally friendly beauty product I've ever purchased. It's a Fair Trade product, 100% organic and comes in a recycled bottle that has tons of funky writing on it so you will have plenty to read while you bathe. My favoThis is an odd one that's been around for a long time. Prior to antibiotics, this was used as a "cure all". Many people in the alternative health industry consider it a wonder drug, though it is not approved by the FDA for medical use. That said, it's history dates back to the time of Hippocrates (The father of medicine). It is a disinfectant, antiseptic and considered an alternative medicine. Basically (and in a nutshell), electricity is run through a silver rod while in water. There is a very special way in order to make the solution. Many people make their own at home. I personally do not.

I found out about this very odd solution after struggling with sinus infections for years. Now when I feel one coming on, I spray colloidal silver in my nose and the illness subsides. I've also used it on the start of cold sores, pimples and on cuts. It works quickly and like a charm. I know people that drink it, but I have not. The downside of colloidal silver is, if you drink too much of it, you will turn blue.

I personally wonder why the FDA can't figure out how to approve this drug which has so much research behind it (even showing an effectiveness in working with HIV). Maybe it would put a dent in the health and beauty pharmaceutical industry? In any case, this solution makes my list!rite scents are Almond or Peppermint.
