1.Ski Jumps Start by standing up. While speedily jumping from side to side, keep your core tight and your feet hip wide at length.
2.Good Mornings Starting position is standing up and having your arms up overhead. Bend over using your hips so that your upper body is parallel to the floor and your arms are up near your ears. Keep your abs contracted. Stand back up and repeat again. Maintain tight abdominals throughout the exercise. Make sure themotion is slow and controlled.
3.Alternating Forward Lunges Stand up tall with your feet shoulder width apart. Lunge forward by taking a step and ensuring that one knee is bent over the ankle but not over the toes. Step back up and repeat the same move with the other leg. Alternate using each leg.
4.Burpees - Bend down at the knees starting at the squat poseand place your palms down on the floor Just like in a pushup or plank exercise, use momentum to kick your feet back behind you. Promptly return back into your squat and leap as high as you can from the squat position.
5.Plank Jacks - To Get, you need to get into plank. stabalize yourself by having your forearms and toes on the ground keeping your body in a straight line off the ground. Keep everything in line with your spine: shoulders, hips, knees and ankles should be level. Keep your core tight. Look down at the ground with head up, not hanging to support neck. Staying in the plank position, have your legs jump out and in maintaining core balance. Do this exercise and move in a fluid and smooth way.
