The much awaited car from Toyota Motors, Toyota Etios is expected to be exhibited at the Autocar Performance Show 2010 which will be held at Bandra-Kurla complex in Mumbai on 18th November 2010. The Toyota Etios that was unveiled in Delhi at the Auto Expo in January this year is expecting a launch in November. The hatchback is speculated to be 90 per cent of what it was showcased at the Auto Expo in the National Capital. The new entrant from Toyota Motors is anticipated to be based on new age technology and will be coming in two engine variants i.e. 1.2 liter and 1.5 liter DOHC along with 16 valve petrol engine. The car has been designed to cater to the needs and standards of the Indian auto market. The exterior complement the cars interiors equally. Toyota Etios will be a stud on road with its high mounted hatchback with sharp features like brimming grille. The new hatchback from the Japanese auto giant has a stout bodyline along with upward cut at the bottom of the car door. Toyota Etios does not disappoint in the interiors as well. The interiors are very modern. The new instrument panel at the comes with AC Vents (Offset). If compared with its contemporaries, the hatchback offers abundant space for the passengers in the car. Toyota Motors exhibited Toyota Etios in two models, the hatchback and sedan at the Delhi expo in January. But the Japanese auto maker will launch the sedan model first and after that hatchback will follow in three months. Toyota Motors, in India, is a joint venture with Kirloskar Motor company that manages the sales and marketing of the Toyota vehicles. Toyota currently rules the market with seven cars Toyota Camry, Toyota Corolla Altis, Toyota Fortuner, Toyota Innova, Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, Toyota Land Cruiser and Toyota Prius. Toyota Motors is leaving no stone unturned in making the new car, Toyota Etios a success. The company has made the musical maestro A R Rahman its brand ambassador, in wake of taking advantage of the popularity of the International musician. The new car is Toyota's first venture in the small car segment. The new small baby will be launched on the 1st of December and the booking for the car will be opened next week. The company has invest 3,200 crore in the second manufacturing facility in Bangalore which will cater to the manufacturing of the new small car.
