- side one - side 2 The original Rebound was released in the mid-90s. It featured an invertible design, with a sports-car like body on one side and a truck-like body on the other side. It used a 6.0v rechargeable battery. The battery had to be charged for 8 hours and would last 20 minutes. The range of the car driving radius was cca 50 meters. A product which is basically extinct. The rebound was modified in the late 90s to have one axle capable of spinning a complete 360 degrees. It was the first car from Tyco to use a TMH Flex-Pack battery. Micro Rebound

The only RC car available from TYCO that resembles the original Rebound is a mini version that is smaller than the Micro Rebound. It is still available for sale.
