Even if an athletic or lean physique is considered good, the charm of masculinity will always be muscular physique with adequate amount of muscle growth. Muscular body might appear beefy to some, but in reality most of us who have entered a gymnasium have at least once thought of this type of physique.
Wrestlers and professional body builders flaunt these types of heavily built bodies. This is the ultimate in terms of body building and many people keep this physique as their target and aim.
So when all's said and done muscle gain, along with weight are the factors associated to the categorization of humans in terms of physique. Still, it is a well known fact that people with athletic physique match people with bulky muscular physique, strength to strength.
