(www.GAORFID.com) recommends this long-range semi passive RFID reader series which efficiently communicates with rapidly moving tags due to the high transmission rates they achieve. They feature digitally adjustable transmission power, reliable data collection and a maximum transmission rate of 100tags/s. The technologically advanced UHF RFID reader series is an ideal solution for the identification, tracking and tracing, and location of assets and personnel in wireless environments.

This ultra high frequency RFID reader series, model 227004, is equipped with RS422 and RS485 interfaces allowing it to be connected to a host for data transmission. The RFID readers are able to identify up to 2000 tags simultaneously at distances of up to 100 meters. Each reader has digitally adjustable sensitivity levels of -85dBm (high sensitivity) and -55dBm (normal sensitivity). Ethernet and WLAN host Interfaces are also offered as options. This reader series offers five LEDs for ANT1, ANT2, RUN, BUS and ERR. This reader series can be used with GAO RFID Inc.'s 137001, 137003 and 137004 tags.
