Applying the law of attraction can be difficult if you don't believe in an energy based universe

. These laws, which actually have their roots based in physics, express the world in terms of energy, sometimes also called vibration as energy is always moving. This energy includes thoughts and behavioral patterns as well as expectation.

First, you want to apply the laws of attraction by knowing your intentions well. In other words, what do you want? Is it a date with or is it monetary success? Either way, for every goal that you have you need to think it in the energy that it is and then release it into the universe.

Release the energy into the universe through the simple act of thinking. When you know exactly what you want you can formulate stronger energy into thought and belief. The stronger your energy is the more you are releasing into the universe for the response generated through the chain reaction that energy releases.

Moreover, you have to do the most difficult part which is to release your need to invest in the outcome. Once you release your thoughts and actions into the universe you need to allow the reaction and the outcome to be as it will be, which will be all for the best.

First, you have to experience thoughts on their basic level, which is energy. Energy can be felt or heard and it is a powerful force. Once you start thinking energetically regarding the goals in your life, you need to send that energy (sometimes referred to as vibration) out into the universe by asking for its delivery.

As you are moving in the direction of your goals, the law of attraction dictates that you act, believe, and feel as though your goal has already been realized. If you remain open to the process but you remove your attachment to the outcome, the universe responds following the law of attraction.
