When One Law Of Attraction Book Is Not Enough

Getting clear on using the Law of Attraction sometimes takes more than one book

. When you think you have the concepts down, something in your life goes wrong and there you are, stuck and suffering again. This is when it is time to find a new Law of Attraction book.

If you have been living under a rock, you might not be familiar with the three major Law of Attraction books available today. They are, "The Secret," by Rhonda Byrne, "The Law of Attraction, by Hicks and "Law of Attraction," by Michael Losier.

When I went to buy a new Law of Attraction Book, I found something I did not expect. I found "Burying The Secret," by Carol Rutter.

If you think reciting affirmations is the way to success with the Law of Attraction, this book will definitely open your eyes. I was forced to discover more depth to the concepts in my own life.

Carol and I both lost most of our money following the think positive posits inherent within Law of Attraction books. The more she thought positive things, the more she lost and so did I.

The traditional approach to the law of attraction worked wonders for me when I was younger. It seemed I could fail at nothing. Some of my accomplishments included honor grades in school using self hypnosis. I found and married my husband using a positive thinking technique. I even managed to retire early with a hefty nest egg using a guided visualization.

Suddenly the mountain of success I had climbed began to disintegrate right from under me. I lost my marriage. My money melted away like mountain snow in the spring and I discovered that no matter what law of attraction technique I used I could not get what I lost back. There was obviously something much deeper at play here than any Law of Attraction book I had read spoke about.

The only thing I could do was give into the situation. I decided to not resist the lessons inherent in these losses to see what was missing from what I thought I knew.

This is what Carol Rutter says in her Law of Attraction book, "Burying The Secret." The missing concepts are that we have come to earth with a purpose, we have a soul, karma and God's will to incorporate into the Law of Attraction. There is more to attainment then simply thinking what we want into existence.

If you can learn how to remain happy, you will enter the abundant flow of your life purpose. Abraham Hicks material calls this "getting happy." The more you can remain happy, the more you will evolve beyond your karma. It is in this state the concepts in Law of Attraction books begin to work effortlessly.

When you work the Law of Attraction in accordance with abundant flow, your highest good will be brought to you. Your "karma" will no longer be in effect, because you would have evolved beyond it.

Moving beyond karma is a story too long for this article. Just keep in mind, if you are happy, you will automatically attract more of the same. The more you surrender to your highest good the more your life will be miraculous as Law of Attraction books suggest.
