Oh Lexus, you are such a cutting-edge brand. I say that slightly tongue-in-cheek, as Lexus is a traditional luxury brand, trying to appeal to people that actually have the money to buy one of their sweet cars. Sure, a Lexus can certainly be sleeker and sexier than some of the other luxury vehicles were seeing on the market nowadays, but that doesnt mean Lexus is cutting-edge, youthful or hip in essence. Still, sometimes youve hit home so hard with your target audience that you look to expand and connect with some potential buyers that are outside the realm of the normal. Enter Union County Lexus dealers, who will strongly back a new green campaign from the legendary brand.

The marketing push is part of the hype and buzz about the green movement in the automotive industry, a movement that has been around in the Lexus camp for several years now since they introduced hybrid technology. Essex County Lexus drivers have really gotten behind the benefits of driving a luxury car that is also eco-friendly and cost-effective. So how is the brands marketing campaign getting onboard the green movement? Well, next time you enter your Union County Lexus dealership, you might find yourself scratching your head at posters promoting the tagline the darker side of green, which is directly meant to apply to the new film based on the Lexus CT200h aptly called Lexus Dark Ride.

Cute idea, Lexus. But will it work? It seems like the brand is pulling out all of the stops to really push the new CT200h, a highly hyped release with some seriously green engine technology that Essex County Lexus dealers are extremely proud of. The plot could be decently original, but it certainly reads like a clich. Heres the scenario. An opposition group (maybe led by Toyota management, the villains of the auto industry as of late) is trying to steal hybrid technology. Tony is your crack driver (and believe me, he looks like hes on crack), and you are supposed to keep him on target and make sure his driving is alright. Im not sure if they provide you a number to call if you want to report his driving, but whatever. You have to make it to Los Angeles before dawn. Union County Lexus drivers are on the edge of their seats.

Oh, but the movie just got even edgier. Is that Norman Reedus playing Tony? Yep, you bet. I saw the preview at an Essex County Lexus dealer and I had a good laugh over it. Mr. Boondock Saint himself, fresh off the set of the terrible sequel to the original, far more refreshing flick. Sounds like Boondock Saints II might have ruined his Hollywood cred; then again, it isnt like weve seen him in much else since the original Boondock Saints. Well, he is a cutting-edge pop-culture figure, so I suppose Lexus is on the right track hiring him. The acting didnt look great overall though, so I dont think Ill recommend this one to friends.
