First released to the Asian market, the Anser Forged arrives in Europe and the US with a big reputation that it effortlessly lives up to. The concept is a premium forged iron that is easy to hit for all levels of players. Not compact like a players/athlete model but not overly large like a GI model, rather something right in between that could provide something for everyone.

One golfer said "Having tried a few shots side by side with my playing partners' I15, I can say that the Anser Forged is way softer than the cast Pings, no argument, night and day different. No noticeable ball flight difference from my other gamer set of Taylormade R9 TP, perhaps due to the stronger lofts. Distance was marginally greater on all irons, again probably due to the lofts, together with a slightly bigger and more forgiving iron head."

Overall, this version pushes the forging process to create performance benefits not previously associated with a forged club. An 8620 steel body, dense tungsten sole and machined grooves offer unequalled forged-iron feel and forgiveness. Its hollow-sole cavity softens feel and positions the CG for higher-launching shots. The progressive set design offers long-iron forgiveness and short-iron control.
