For example, on Tuesday I might call up some crews because I want to hold an open house Friday and Saturday. Normally, I contact three cleaning firms and offer them a 10% bonus over their regular rates if the job is completed to my satisfaction by 6:00 pm on Thursday night.

You may be surprised to discover that this offer is very effective. Once it worked out with a particular cleaning firm I've had them calling me on a weekly basis to see if I have any houses ready for them. This arrangement works for me, and it can work for you.
