People have different interests in life and choose profession according to their abilities and inclinations. Since tastes differ, professions and occupations differ. The major distinction between various professions and occupations is that:

People have different opinions concerning the issue of variety of jobs. But the hold the same view that:

However, there are also some disadvantages:

Working together people may experience the feelings of anger, stress, greed, jealousy and the like. These negative factors affect the working process and hamper efficiency of it.

And finally, the vortex of professions enables the existence of bureaucracy which triggers social inequality. As a result, the healthy development of society is impossible unless the number of professions is reduced.
