About Dr. Randall Furman, DDS: Dr. Randal Furman hoped to become a dentist at the age of 16 when an accident required him to have extensive dental work done on his front teeth. After three years of studies, Dr. Furman was accepted into the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry as one of the youngest students in his class, graduating in 1977. He opened his solo practice in 1978 in the Lynnhaven area of Virginia Beach. In 2006, after 27 years of practicing at his initial location, the building was torn down to make way for his new, high tech office in the same location near Lynnhaven Mall.
