What A Relief To Have E-z Movers!

Dan and I moved from Florida to Chicago last weekend

. We've had several moves in the past, but this one was the most crucial one, one that we were most concerned about. It revolved around the well-being of our 8-month old Justin. Like I said, we've moved across the country many times because Dan has a job that requires us to relocate every year or so. But among all of our moves, this one was pretty complicated - and we are thankful to E-Z Movers for helping us.

A month ago, Justin's pediatrician diagnosed a rare disease which required us to move to a climate, which we found would be best suited in Chicago. We had several things to arrange for including Justin's medications, medical papers, etc. Dan had to request for a transfer to Chicago as he didn't want us to move there on our own. We called up E-Z Movers who immediately took control of the emergency situation. Dans transfer was taking longer than we expected. So I had to move with the baby alone. But the moving agent from E-Z Movers who I spoke to assured me that they would not let us down and our entire relocation would be their responsibility.

We signed up for professional packing as well as moving services. We were really impressed by the professionalism and efficiency in which our things were packed and handled. They made an inventory of all our packed goods and loaded them on to the truck. Unfortunately, we still had some last-minute extra stuff that needed to be packed and loaded, which we forgot in the hurry. The moving crew didn't even have enough packing material at the moment! They quickly made a few calls and made arrangements to have the supplies delivered. They got everything packed in record time and transferred the goods.

I reached Chicago with the baby safely and soon E-Z Movers landed at the doorstep, in time, bringing all of our goods intact. They helped unpack and rearrange everything. I was so grateful for their help, have no idea how I would have managed without them. As soon as Dan reached this week, we sent E-Z Movers a "Thank You" mail and received a very sweet response in return. We highly recommend their friendly, efficient services to everyone.
