Are you willing to do whatever it takes to succeed in MLM? Before getting started with any MLM business, or any business for that matter, you must make sure that you are prepared to do what it takes to build your business.In business you're either serious about your business or you are not! If you sort of kind of run a restaurant, you will not succeed. So there is no logical reason to think that you can sort of or kind of run an MLM business?However, amazingly, that is exactly what many Network Marketers do! So many of us join a Network Marketing business only to work it when we sort of feel like it, or sit around and wait for it to make us rich. We want to make a lot of money, but we're hesitant in doing what it takes to earn the money.What does it really take to become a Network Marketing success? Unfortunately, the answers to that question are not quite as exciting or fun as finding a new Network Marketing company with an exciting product line.For one thing it definitely takes time. This is something that many Network Marketers seem to have the most challenging time with. Most Network Marketers lose motivation and faith before the MLM business starts working for them. I can't tell you how many people I have seen that join an MLM business with me and expect to be making a BIG check in a month or two. It just doesn't work that way (unless if you are a successful Network Marketer and have built and maintained a good contact list).It is so important to understand that any business, including an MLM business, isn't like a job. You can't just show up and expect to get paid. You get paid for your results. If you don't produce results, you don't get paid, that sounds brutal, but that's the way all businesses work. It is astonishing to see so many MLMers fail to grasp or accept this simple fact. You are the business owner and as the business owner you only get paid when your MLM company is making a profit from your efforts, and you are getting a piece of the profit. And most times, it takes a while for your business to become truly profitable.In addition to allowing your MLM venture time, you have to be consistent, persistent and diligent about building your MLM residual income. New entrepreneurs don't take too many days off from their business. MLMers have to be the same way. Time and money go hand in hand. When you put in the time and effort, you are likely to make the money.Ignore the senseless hype that some marketers put out, before you join a Network Marketing business you should take time and think about how determined you are to succeed. In my opinion, there is just no other kind of work better than working from home in an MLM business. But if you're not ready to put in the effort, energy and time that a real profitable business requires, you might as well take your money and time and take your family on a cruise (at least you will have some fun).So before joining any MLM venture, ask yourself, how badly do you want to succeed in your own Network Marketing business? If your sincere and honest answer is that you don't want it bad enough, then you need to work on finding a reason for doing the business that turns you on. Yes, something that really excites you and motivates you to get your rear end off the couch and take some action. Sit still and listen to yourself and discover where your passion is. And use that passion as the reason for working your MLM business. If you just do that, you will find that absolutely nothing will stop you or slow you down from creating success for yourself.
