There are a lot of temporary assistants that will do it fairly cheep,
even college students. If you have a teenager in the house, they would
probably love to do it, as most love the computer.

Once you have registered with Ping.fm, and all your sites are set up,
you just go back to Ping.fm, and put in your username and email. They
have a little box there for you to put in a title of your post, a url
(your link, httml://www.your website.com), and a short description of
what your subject matter is.
After you have put in a new blog post, wrote an article, a press
release or just created a video full of great content, just go to
ping.fm put in the information and hit submit. It automatically goes
out to every social site that you signed up for.
