Many people are not even asking this question thinking how not is not the best time to invest

. Instead, just put all your money in the bank and let it gain interesteven though this means earning a pittance monthly. Well, at least the bulk of your money is safe. But this is not the correct way of thinking. Im not saying its pointless to save; but I think its still better to start investing, especially if it would mean helping the economy get back on track.

For instance, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) reported that the 1st Pacific Bank of California located in San Diego closed. It had an estimated $335.8 million in assets and about $291.2 in deposits. So many banks are closing right now and even if they do have insurance, like the 1st Pacific Bank of California, this just goes to show that even the safe act of depositing your money in banks still entails some risk.

What Im trying to say is that if youre taking risks while earning next to nothing, then it would be better to start asking the question of what investment property to buy and whats the best place to buy investment property. Might as well earn big if youre going to take a risk, sounds about right doesnt it? So now, I answer the question of whats the best investment property now that everyone is having a hard time and banks are not easily handing out loans.

Please take not that this answer is based on in-depth research, lots of asking around, and firsthand experience. You can also verify all of the facts Im giving to you here. You can try searching the net and Im sure youll find a lot of credible sources that will validate my claim.


So after that disclaimer, let me proceed to tell you what Ive discovered about buying commercial properties. Although you might get turned off when you read about commercial investments, thinking Oh I dont have that kind of money or I dont know much about business to go into commercial real estate; well, all I can say is that I was like you before. These were also my concern. Until I found out that this sector of commercial real estate has very low risks, low development and operating costs and the most important of all is that banks trust this sector. And so, even if you dont have that much money, theres a greater chance that your loan will be approved!


Now, since I was also a newbieeverybody gets to be a newbie before they become an expert or before they become successful in a certain files, right?and so far I have been doing good (so good that Ive even started to expand my business), I can say that with the determination to learn, youll be able to succeed in this, too. This is not a get-rich-quick scheme as it would take years of hard work to get to where I am now. But, the most important thing is that this is not only a viable investment, but one that has a 92% chance of success.

What Im talking about here is self storage investment. It has been virtually untouched by the recession because the demand continues to rise independent of the economic environment of the country. As people begin to downsize, the demand for self storage facilities even skyrocketednot to mention the millions of baby boomers retiring who are moving into smaller and more convenient places. Banks love it because it only has an 8% bank loan failure rate, which is the lowest in commercial real estate. Whats more is that it only takes a 67% occupancy rate to break even. There are no tenants, no broken anything that constantly need to be fixedjust some locks, steel doors and loads of stuff in storage!

The UK, Canada, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Germany and other European and Asian countries have already started to push for self storage investment in an effort to uplift their economies. And of course, self storage in the U.S., where it all started, is still continuing to grow! This is why I think self storage is the best investment property. I urge you to do your own research to completely know the benefits of self storage investment so that you may be able to experience the life I have now.
