These mattresses are a bit costly but are best in case you suffer from back pains. Apart from memory foam mattresses, you can also go for futon mattresses but they are too firm and may not be comfortable if you have joint pains.

A number of causes can contribute towards back problems like injuries, wrong sleeping or sitting posture etc. Not only this; back pain can also result from improper sleep.
