Resilience is also measured, how springy the mattress is, and also, the stretching ability of the mattress, or tensile, is also measured.

The cost of a memory foam mattress is not prohibitive. However, memory foam mattresses do cost a little more than their spring counterparts. The price is partially based upon the quality of the memory foam however, based upon the measurements that were just explained. You should shop around carefully once you have decided what the specifications are in the memory foam matmtress that you are looking for.
