In general, the way to get rid of a beer belly is to turn the table on calories and start burning off more than you consume. This should be done in two ways:

A healthier diet which does take into account the amount of calories that you consume as well as the quality of these calories.

An intense workout plan that helps you burn lots of calories, build muscle tissue, and boosts your metabolism.
