From the last three to five years call centers and BPOs offered many jobs in India
, it is nice to see that the major section of the educated unemployed peoples can apply and finally got jobs in call centers and BPOs. They also even made their career in call centers and BPOs. There are many types of career options in career centers that one can move for. Besides these now in days many educational institutes, English coaching centers are also operating through out the India to teach English as per call centers and BPOs and in turn they will offers jobs there only. Well it is very nice and great to see that unemployed section of a country finally got a career path.
Besides these, every coin has its two sides is same as to call centers and BPOs. It not only attracts unemployed educated section of the society but also college students who are just in first year of their graduation and are in a starting of the career. But before they plant their career seeds they are cut down by joining call centers and BPOs. As they are attractive by there salary packages, young environment, cab facilities through which they can easily come over with their expenses. And finally they drop their colleges and move towards distance education degree courses. In India from last few decades around thousands of students with good percentage in their K-12 standard moved towards distance learning for further education.
It is not only call centers and BPOs that are responsible for distance education popularity but also there are many other reasons like not to leave present jobs, joining business, financial problems, regular classes location, housewives and lots more that compelled one to choose distance learning as education mode. In India there are many universities and colleges offer various types of degree courses through distance learning or open education in India.
