In other words: with digital TV it's possible to watch more than 100 channels. Digital bandwidth offers more space for TV and this equals more enjoyable TV. Without static!

With digital TV, all you have to do is sit back, relax and do nothing. In other words: the endless search for something to watch is over. More than just a television set

A regular TV you just switch on and you can watch it. It's not as simple with digital TV. You'll need to install a box that receives it first. If you want to be able to tape things, get yourself a hard disk recorder. When you decide to get ITV, you usually get the choice anyway: a TV-receiver or a TV-receiver with hard disc recorder. Of course it's possible with digital TV to tape programs and watch them later. But pausing shows while they're airing is a whole new step. And it's cool! You're no longer dependent on a TV guide. Is the phone ringing? Answer the call while you pause the show or movie you were watching. Switch it back on when you're ready. Your TV, your rules! With the huge amount of channels it can happen that the actual offer is too big. This luxury problem is easy to solve: pick one of the movies on demand. Another cool perk of digital TV must be the fact that from now on you can skip commercials by forwarding them.
