When Motivation Drops (your Story)

Everyone has rough days. Life throws some big-small challenges on path of success. Sometimes you fall, sometimes you take different root, sometimes patience takes your test and sometimes you fired your all cylinder when there is no motivation left but, most important, you're keep moving; pat your back. Your story is also familiar with most successful people on earth. It will help you when your motivation drops:
Inspiration 1:
- She was born into poverty in rural Mississippi.
- She was raped at 9 years old.
- She ran away at 13 years old.
- And by 14, she was pregnant.
- She faced racism& gender bias because she was a woman.
- She had everything going against her but she decided to do it anyway and now she's considered the world's most influential woman. Oprah Winfrey had a lot of things working against her. If she can do it then why can't you?
If you're not impress with this let me give you another example.
Inspiration 2:
1831 - Lost his job
1832 - Defeated in run for Illinois State Legislature
1833 - Failed in business
1834 - Elected to Illinois State Legislature (Success)
1835 - Sweetheart died
1836 - Had nervous breakdown
1838 - Defeated in run for Illinois House Speaker
1843 - Defeated in run for nomination for U.S. Congress
1846 - Elected to Congress (Success)
1848 - Lost re-nomination
1849 - Rejected for land officer position
1854 - Defeated in run for U.S. Senate
1856 - Defeated in run for nomination for Vice President
1858 - Again defeated in run for U.S. Senate
At about that time, he wrote in a letter to a friend, "I am now the most miserable man living. If what I feel were equally distributed to the whole human family, there would not be one cheerful face on the earth."
1860 - Elected President (Success) Abraham Lincoln. Note the persistency into the shadow of failure, year after year... Impress?
Let me give you one more great example.
Inspiration 3:
- He's been dyslexic his whole life.
- He couldn't even read at 8 years old.
- He Barely graduated from high school and couldn't get into university.
- He was never a good communicator, and always had a tough time
- And he's lost billions of dollars over the years But he was always passionate about the things he believed in and today,
Richard Branson is the most respected and admired entrepreneur in the world with over more than 300 companies today.
Let's take a fresh story:
Inspiration 4:
Born in middle class family. After going to college, got a job at big tech firm, but left... He was young but didn't have charisma, and had a lot of reasons why he could never be successful but he was passionate about his dream and literally changing the way that we communicate online.
His name is Matt Mullenweg, and he's the founder of WordPress. He was named one of the Top 25 Influencers on the Internet by BusinessWeek and he's recognized as one of the most visionary young entrepreneurs in the world. His main website wordpress.com is ranked in the top 20 of all websites on the internet, and he's worth hundreds of millions of dollars. And if you haven't heard of him yet, don't worry. You will. He's only in his mid 20s. And he had a burning desire to help people find a better way to communicate.
I could give you a 100 examples of people that didn't have any talent, skills to be successful but they had one advantage, they didn't accept failure and keep rolling, despite of failure.
Keep a grip on your beliefs and on your goals than, trust me, success will pull you up from dark.
