The Prime Waterfront Restaurant and Bar is multi-level in the main lobby. The second level offers spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables mountain range. The spacious lobby is popular for conference dinners and wedding receptions. The room seats 180 people. The raised level is perfect for guest speakers, live entertainment or the main table at wedding receptions. When not being used for private bookings, the stylish atmosphere is ideal for intimate dinners.

The Boardwalk Seafood Restaurant, which opened in 1994, still offers a unique dining experience. The restaurant is located on the first floor of the Steamers Wharf building. The 'Seafood Platters' are a true Queensland experience with succulent oysters and market fresh seafood. The staff is always striving to make your visit a comfortable and relaxed dining experience. It is everything you would expect in fine dining and more.

The Pier 19 Restaurant blends a mix of contemporary flavors with classics to deliver a unique New Zealand dining experience. Situated on the wharf, Pier 19 offers alfresco dining with spectacular views of the waterfront during the warmer climate and intimate cozy inside seating during the cooler climates. The chefs prepare dishes that are fresh, local and simplistic.

The Captains Restaurant is known for exceptional steak dinners. Their quality foods and attentive staff make it hard for their customers not to return time after time. They are very accommodating to your needs, for example, although they have no vegetarian selections on their menu you can request a vegan dinner and you will be served one of the most delicious vegetarian meals you will ever eat.
