What Lengths Will Go To Reach Your Fitness Goals

I wonder if this has ever happened to you? I know that everyone is different and my fitness goals are not the same as yours. Its not my objective to impose mine on anyone else.

However, a recent experience with a friend of mine who has issues dealing with being extremely overweight, and seems to lack the desire to take responsibility for his own health, got me all fired-up today (uuugh!).

Ive Got To Ask You This:


How bad do you want to reach them? How hard are you willing to work to achieve them? Do you have a vision of your future? Can you actually see yourself being thinner, healthier, or at least off of the weight-control roller coaster ride?

Ask anyone about the power of visualization and the subconscious mind. My story is on my Home Page and how I have come to have firm faith in this powerful technique.

I understand you have every right to treat your own body anyway you wish. For a moment though, think of those that care about you. Take a look around at your spouse (and your children and grandchildren. God forbid you should drop dead of a heart attack, or have a stroke, because you did not want to exercise and could care less about what, or how much, you ate.

Another way to put it is if you think your health is of a high value to you, yet you continue to eat heavy, sweet breakfasts, a lot of fried foods, and consider having to get up to fetch the remote as exercise; you might need to seriously re-assess your values.

If your vision, like mine, is to challenge yourself physically, the way you probably do in business, and so many other areas of your life, then it's time you seek help. That's what I do as a certified personal fitness and nutrition coach.

Do you know someone that is not taking care of themselves as they should? Have you ever had the frustration of seeing someone stuck in their dangerous behaviors and felt there was nothing you could do to help? Are you doing all you can to live life at it's utmost?

Have you reached that point in your life in which you realize you must either be proactive, starting NOW! or atrophy, as surely you will, if you take no action?
