Why I Will Always Use Tinley Park Movers

I will always use Tinley Park movers ever since the first time I moved to Tinley Park and had friends of my husband help us move. Sure, they were nice guys and decided to show up on time. Not long before that happened, one of them was going to school in Urbana and we acted as Urbana movers for them. Now it was their turn to help us. It was just a mess, that was all.

They pretty much just tossed things together in a truck and tossed them into the house that we bought. I can remember trying to sort through countless boxes that had a bunch of different stuff in them. Even though I tried to pack things the way that I knew they would be organized and even marked the boxes so that I could unpack them carefully as I knew that my husband would not do anything once the move was complete and the party began, they still put things in the boxes that did not belong there. I could not complain, after all, they were doing it for free.

There were many items ruined. I do not even like to think about the clothing that got destroyed. On top of that, they ended up losing my high school yearbooks and other things that I had been holding onto. I have no idea how that happened. Once they got to the house, did they put the boxes into the rooms that they belonged in? Of course not. They just shoved things all in the living room and then started eating pizza and drinking, leaving me to sort out everything myself. Their wives were no help. They tried to unpack for me, which I thought was nice, but they did not put anything where I would put it and soon they were drinking and eating as well. I did not complain because I thought it was nice for them to be there.

The entire episode caused a rift between those people and myself. I felt that they were careless with my things as many things that were important to me got broken or lost during the move. I also thought that they used the move as an excuse to party and for us to foot the bill. Sure, there was a TV and sofa that were heavy, but for the most part, we could have moved the boxes ourselves and done a better job. On top of that, we were then obligated to help them move every time they moved, which it seemed that someone did on just about every weekend since they were always getting tossed out of their apartments. The funny thing was that when they moved, they wanted to be sure that it was all done perfect.

Now when I move, I use movers for the job. I know that they will do a good job, my stuff will not get lost or broken and the whole thing will not be one big party for the movers. Once they have done their job, they are sent on their way and if they want to have pizza and beer, they can do so somewhere else instead of at my house.
