Why The Chinese Would Not Succeed In An Attack On The Us

The Chinese government seems to be full of themselves these days and they are conducting

a massive military buildup in all phases of their armed forces. They have made the statement that they are preparing for war in every way during the next five years. Personally this sounds like a veiled threat to me. I dont know who they would be preparing for war with other than the United States. I think that our government needs to take this threat very seriously. Any attempt at war with the US would require the Chinese to use a large force in order to take and control the land mass of the United States. Due to the large amount of distance between the countries this is just not feasible.

The Chinese have sheer numbers of men and equipment but their technology is just no match for the technology of the United States. In order for them to conduct a successful attack they would have to cross the vast expanses of the Pacific Ocean through layers and layers of overlapping defenses. I dont think that they would be able to get sufficient troops onto US soil to conduct a successful attack.

In addition any force that they might be able to land on American would require a lot of logistics support to keep it operational. They would also have to land a large number of troops in order to be successful. A small contingent would not have much of a chance at victory because an attacking force traditionally needs a three to one advantage in order to be victorious.

They would first have to use bombers and long range missiles to soften up the US but the bombers and/or missiles would have to fight their way through our sophisticated technology and more sophisticated aircraft which is another problem that I dont think that they would be able to overcome.

I believe that such a conflict would have to quickly go nuclear in order to secure a victory. I really dont see any victor in a nuclear war and I would hope that the Chinese see it the same way. They would lose many more people than we because their country is so much more densely populated. The United States would have to resort to the use of nuclear weapons because of the sheer numbers of Chinese military personnel. The US would not attempt to attack mainland China with troops because it would be an impossible task. They would probably just attempt to bomb them into submission. We most definitely wouldnt have the assets to win a land war. A land war on our part wouldnt be necessary because we would not be the attacking force.

Even though the US wouldnt be the attacking force they would conduct what is known as an active defense. In an active defense we wouldnt just sit and wait on the Chinese to attack but we would conduct as many preemptive strikes as possible in order to keep them off balance. We would have to rely on our long range weapons and aircraft carriers to project military power towards China.

I believe that any future war with China would be a global conflict because other countries would have sense enough to read between the lines and know that they would be next if they dont join the conflict. They would also recognize that there is protection in large numbers.

A conflict with the Chinese would be much different from anything that we have ever witnessed because we would see the use of cyber warfare on an extremely large scale along with the use of outer space as a platform for war. The country who mastered these new types of warfare would have a definite advantage in any future conflict. a href=http://www.militaryringexpress.com/products> Military Ring Express
