Low self-esteem may actually have a negative impact on quality of life of people, making them feel that they do not deserve love and respect and who are unfit to enjoy a proper and satisfactory relationship. Motivation levels can sink, letting it sit under and stripping them of enthusiasm.

If you suffer from low self-esteem, blaming yourself for things that are not your fault, you underestimate your abilities, and expect things to go wrong for you. Often, low self-esteem is associated with a number of other problems such as lack of confidence, depression, anxiety, stress and jealousy. If you feel that your opinions and thoughts are worth nothing, you will find yourself unable to connect or communicate effectively with others, which can become a real problem. This can be picked up by your partners, resulting in a shift in the balance of a relationship, turning it into something that is unequal and disadvantageous to the weaker partners. This often leads to an abusive relationship and often the cycle is repeated many times.

Simply you do not want to have an "evil" man spending your life with, it is likely that a couple can become frustrated and lose respect. Attitudes then change the relationship to take the course.


There are many things that could happen in life that can cause low self-esteem. It could be a traumatic childhood, perhaps a respected figure in your life that rejected you, a failure in one career or school, or even a lack of social life or friends. Whatever the causes, it is important to try to get your life back on track and overcome these feelings of futility for the good of yourself and those around you. These negative emotions can be reflected in everything they do and say, and can begin to affect life.

Women need to realize that the self-help are often too embarrassed to admit to any person who has a problem, however many people who suffer from low self-esteem are benefiting from treatments of hypnotherapy at home; literally it can change people's lives for the better.

Although you may want to change the way you feel, to have confidence in your thoughts and ideas, to have a sense of faith in your own abilities and knowledge proving that you are worthwhile and respected. Your mind goes back to its most profound insecurity, along with the emotions that are carried out with the memories. You can change your beliefs to change your emotions. You can do this and is easy.
