Air is a vast entity that carries tiny particles as it travels from one place to another
. These tiny particles can vary from harmful to not harmful but no one can really tell not unless someone gets affected by it.

It traps the dirty particles in the air and releases only the clean one. However, the dirty particles in the air remain trapped in the filters if you don't clean them on a regular basis and can cause more damage that you think. Dirty filters can damage the unit itself and your family as well. Dirty filters can affect the unit's performance and can even lead to the breakdown of the unit or the compressor. Dirty filters cannot protect us from airborne allergy symptoms and instead of giving off clean air, it may give off dirty air.
Filters should be taken out and thoroughly cleaned at least once in two months for residential usage but two weeks for those used in offices. Cleaning the filters take away all the dust, dirt and other harmful particles to make sure that when you use it, it's as good as new.
