Tribes are a group of marketers that contribute in boosting each other's business by writing comments on their blogs, digging their articles, tweeting about them, penning testimonials, giving ratings and comments on their videos at Youtube, and anything else that will aid in building the names of the people in their group. If implemented appropriately, this can be extremely powerful.

Searching for people to work with is very easy, all you have to do is call for the people you know, who are in your own business niche, and people that are in communities on your social networking sites like Facebook or LinkedIn. Let them know that by aiding each other you construct trust and credibility in other people's eyes and that is what helps in growing a solid business in this industry.

There is an appropriate way and an improper way to do this. The incorrect way is to have a little group of 3 people that continue giving each other 2 way link backs. If you are using this technique for SEO marketing, doing it this way will completely defeat the entire purpose of what you are trying to achieve.
