, the Blackberry Torch has become an instant hit with Blackberry fans. As previously mentioned, the Torch uses a reliable Wi Fi connection to access the internet via wireless hotspot connections, but 3G can also be used with full coverage for the 3G network.

Messaging is one of the key features on the Blackberry Torch 9800, you can have your social networks included in the alert set up which includes various icons representing e-mail, messaging, Facebook and Twitter inboxes which can all be given there own shortcut widgets for quicker access. Various e-mail accounts can be handled while support for MMS, SMS and Instant Messaging is also standard protocol.

The 5MP camera offers a range of modes in which to capture images and shoots gorgeous high resolution videos; it comes complete with auto-focus and flash, and also allows users to share there content online direct from the phone. The phones video player will playback numerous file types without question while the music player on the Torch has integrated support for FM radio and headphone use via the 3.5mm AV jack.

The Blackberry Torch 9800 has an expandable memory thanks to the microSD slot and access to the Blackberry App World invites users to download applications to carve out there own "Torch" experience. The phone is Bluetooth compatible and also has the famed Blackberry optical track pad for those who struggle with the super receptive touch screen.
