Dell, US based smartphone maker launched two exciting hand sets in India coded as Dell XCD28 and XCD35. These two smartphones were announced in Delhi by Mahesh Bhalla, General Manager, Consumer & SMB, Dell India.XCD28 price in India is decided to be Rs 10,990 whereas price of XCD35 is decided to be Rs 16,990. Dell officials announced that XCD28 will be available in markets soon whereas XCD35 will enter stores by December 2010. Both the smartphones are filled with exceptional features and yet kept at low range.Both Dell XCD28 and XCD35 are powered by Android 2.1 operating system and support 3G technology which plays an important role in Indian markets as many new mobile operators are introducing new 3G networks in India. Among the connectivity options, both the handsets are gifted with WiFi and Bluetooth. Dell XCD28 includes many features based on Indian users taste. Good Internet browsing is assured with native browser. It includes a media player, FM radio, and access to Microsoft Email Exchange through Active sync. These features shows that Dell has taken Indian users into consideration while designing them.It comes with amazing 2.8-inch LCD touch screen display along with a 3.2 MP camera. The price tag decided or XCD28 makes it a cheap yet impressive smartphone in India.Moreover presence of Android in the mobile phones, confirms its its performance and speed.
