Xceed Holds its 4th North Africa Chapter Meeting "Outsourcing: From Cost Reduction to Business Expertise"

Sheraton Casablanca, June 10th, 2010 Xceed, the founder and chair of the North Africa Chapter, held its fourth meeting at Sheraton Casablanca hotel in Morocco on May 27th, 2010 with key note speaker Abdelaziz Arji, CEO of Eurodefi. The purpose of the meeting was to provide a networking and educational platform for business professionals interested to stay ahead of regional industry trends ,developments and opportunities with a focus on Morocco as a destination.

During the meeting, Mr. Arji engaged with the audience through his expertise in the Moroccan Outsourcing arena, delving into the destinations evolution over the past decade from a "Cost" driven outsourcing hub to a more quality and technical driven one. According to Arji "Moroccan BPO industry started with handling outsourcers simple call center services to more sophisticated IT applications development and technical support growing into other verticals such as automotive and aerospace.". Arji concluded his speech by mapping the various outsourcing service providers present in Morocco and the role of key outsourcing players like Xceed in establishing industry trends and enhancing the destination's competitive edge.
