Yamaha Launched 150cc Bike Yamaha Sz R New Version In India
The YAMAHA Motors has launched the new version of Yamaha SZ R 150CC with the beginning
of 2011.The bike has been introduced with some more interesting features and also provided with sporty looks. The bike is also introduced with a tank protector which is in contrast colour from the body. The new SZR is made available in 3 stylish and attracting colours like quality black, quality red and quality blue. The bike has very prcised technical features. The bike is fitted with 153cc, air cooled, 4 stroke, and SOHC engine. The bore and stroke ratio of the bike is 58*57.9mm.
This motor bike has wet sump lubrication. The engine has a single cylinder layout. Theres a wet and multi type clutch fitted in the bike. The bike has a heavy battery of 12volt and 5AH(10ah).The halogen bulbs of 12v and 35/35 watt are fitted in the headlight for providing a clear vision and safer drive even in dark conditions. The primary and secondary reduction ratios of the bike are 3.409/3.0.The compression ratio of the engine is 9.5:1.The maximum power built up in the engine is 12.1PS/7500RPM and the maximum torque to the engine is 12.8Nm/4500rpm.The bike has a 5 gear constant transmission which gives bike a high acceleration within a fraction of seconds. The bike has CDI ignition system and electric start.
The chassis of the bike is also made very attractive. The frame type is diamond type. The suspension system of the bike has the front suspension as telescopic and the rear suspension as swing arm. The front type is of 2.75-17 41P and the rear tyre is 100/90- 17 55P.The bike has drum type brakes and the front brake is 150mm and the rear brake is 130mm.The overall dimension of the bike is 2050*730*1100mm.The bike gives a minimum ground clearance of 165mm.The engine oil volume is 1.0l.The fuel tank capacity of the bike is 14litres.
The weight of this bike is 132kg which is not very heavy.The wheel base of the bike is 1320mm.The seat height is 802mm.The bike is newly decorated with new stickers and also fitted with a clear lens rather than yellow lens.The seat gives a lot of relaxation to the rider and the passenger. The footrest is also made convenient. The latest SZR is available at the price of Rs.55, 000 only and it mar vary area wise. The bike also has front disc brake and coloured handle grip that adds to the image of the bike.
